WTF, with a 10s multishot, a 13s aimed shot, and a huhu stinger with 15% quiver thats 24mana/5, making this a 118ilvl item.
Is it 100% proc? Does it work on mobs without mana? If both answers are yes, that item is absolutely rediculous.

hmm, when you say it like that, it sounds nicer, still not sure I'd bother though, just doesnt seem enough all things considered.
