There are a few, although mostly don't affect rogues. The set bonus from 8/8 T2 for hunters was similar, but a proc instead of an ability. Expose Weakness the Survival talent is like this, but also a proc. And they basically added "Ninja Attack" for hunters in 1.12: "Concussive Shot: puts a debuff on your target for 4s that makes other hunters and warriors do (moderate numbers) of damage." Shield bash has the same effect.
I really wish they'd kept the "benefit from daze" effect that most classes seemed to have in early ["leaked"] Beta talent trees. Or just let hunters and warriors benefit from poisoned targets instead of dazed ones :)
