I also use rabuffs. As the healer leader it lets me monitor all the buffs I want and you can ctrl+click on the buff bar to broadcast missing or soon to be expired buffs into a set channel. This removes the need for me to "nag" people about buffs. It's pretty much at a glance buff monitoring, easy click cast buffs, and auto-nagging all in one mod.
It is customizable as well since you can monitor things like raid health, mana, pvp status, combat rez's etc in addition to buffs. What I also like about it, is that you can shift and mouse over mana for example and it shows you a list of people and their mana percentages. Or do it over health and see who is dead. For people worried about memory usage, you can set the refresh rate so it's not looking for updates too frequently.
