I do, however, understand the lost rage and more threat from slams referenced by Darkmgl in the above post, but referring to the original post, I would never give up significant amounts of HP or armor to pick up significant amounts block value as a PVE tank.
But you can Have a streak where you get no dodges/Parry Its not always about final damage taken but more about how consistent you keep that damage
