You can get a high stam helm with some resilience relatively easily. http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28760 can be purchased from a vendor in Allerian Stronghold for some spirit shards (http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=19773). There's another version with a bit more resiliance but it's lacking spell crit as well.
