Spec is just one facet... I used that as an example in this situation since Hamlet said he focuses on pve and pvps casually.
Pretty much across the board, the difference between casual and hardcore is time spent. I was merely trying to say that one can spend a small amount of time actually playing arenas, but a large amount of time preparing for arenas.
