These are with 2/2 Vitality, so the Agi number should probably be 160, and the Sta number 89.

I can confirm the stats with 2/2 vitality, but your math is lacking. Blizzard generally rounds down. Should be 90 stamina (93.6 becomes 93)aswell as 160 base agi (163 with vitality).
