In my opinion spell haste is amazing for PvP healing. I still use the BWL paladin trinket for arenas. Seeing as the linked item is crafted, even if it isn't popular for raiding, I'd see this as a big money maker for raid guilds, and/or a huge cause for complaint from non-raiding PvPers (my assumption here is Heart of Darkness is a raid drop).
