Items are allocated stats (to varying degrees of accuracy) according to a well-understood formula:

From this we can see that 1 int is allocated equivalently to 1.5 sta, ~2.2 +healing, etc, 0.2mp5, etc. You can work out the total value of each gem taking into account the slight diminishing returns on stacking a stat, but I'm not sure I see the point - the equivalencies used in making items don't apply to actual players, just like I don't stack STR gems on my mage.
