Anyone know if it only drops in Tier 5 Raid Instances? Wowhead and Thottbot still seem clueless as to where the pattern is dropped; if it's just in places like SSC or if it's just a random world drop.
Oh, and has anyone tested it as a hunter? It says it works with ranged, but we all know how that goes.
