I've had it for a few days. Doesn't proc a lot, but w/e... as little as it comes its tons more valuable than 24 ap or 3% crit damage, no extensive testing necessary to realize that.
The choice of meta is clear, what is a little strange now is how worthless helmets without meta sockets have become as a result.
