I usually use cooldown for for cooldowns which I didn't put in my above post nor did I put a enemy castbar/cooldown because those are small and where people put them is very dependent on class and play style.
I've tried slimming down my buttons on screen but most of the time I don't like it. I have tons of spells on absolutly memerzied as far as keybinds but I still like to see most of my spells for range and just in case. I do keep my spell buttons tiny though.
For secondary spells (hearth, portals, conjuring, buffs) I've tried things like geist, which I may go back to, but in the end I like the majority of my spells on screen. This is a personal prefrence
