I queued up with 5 guildies the other day and could not get in an AB game at 3pm for love nor money! The change has literally, outright murdered premade groups. Nobody wants to sit in queue for potentially 3 hours with 10 guildies on the off chance there's another 10 man squad with similar gear ready to go. Better off queuing as smaller groups of 2, 1 DPS and 1 healer, going in and wrecking shop.
Queuing as a guild will quickly resort to 'AV style' group queuing.
"Did everyone get 7?", "Yep", "Yup", "Yeah, I did", "Nope", "Dammit! Try again. Okay, on 3..."
On the bright side, you'll probably never get steamrolled by premades when you solo queue.
