I agree with the crit & snare resist meta gem choice Tasan likes, and the General's belt/boots would be relatively easily obtainable upgrades, with Boar's Speed on the boots. If you can get Bloodlust Brooch, that would be an improvement over Bladefist's Breadth. I assume you don't have the T4 dps legs or Gladiator's. Saberclaw Talisman is a good neck slot item if you can get that, too.
I picked up a Gyro-Balanced Khorium Destroyer for a hefty stam boost, which as a ranged weapon allows for more flexibility in changing up your survivability/dps balance for different situations than gems/enchants would. That's more useful if you take 2v2 and 5v5 seriously, since in 2v2 you'll find that you're the one taking focus fire more frequently. In 5v5, I'd focus a little more on dps in terms of socketing choices (which is probably easier to do with the crit meta gem).
Improved Demo Shout is something to consider getting instead of Booming Voice, depending on whether or not you tend to have difficulty with melee dps teams. Tactical Mastery is nice, but not always as useful when going against caster teams where your targets won't dodge as much. These choices are dependent on which team compositions you want to strengthen your repertoire against, what team composition you run with, etc.
