I'm not sure if such addons exist, but I had to point out that
Earthwarden and 6 other items increase feral combat skill (ie weapon skill).
Back to the point though, why not just show melee on one side and defense on the other? That's all I do. I don't know exactly what my base stats are, but what do they matter when the end result of all of them is shown on those two screens?
