I think both last poster are on to the two issues that I think Blizzard are about to fix.
1. CC:s Cooldown and trinket. compare 4 AE fears (in one trinket time) with litterally spammable Polymorph. I belive that blizzard are going to adjust these alot more.
2. This enhances the importance of choosing "right" Racials. I do think that Blizzard in some way will either up other racials or lower some or maybe even remove them completely as suggested after WSVG
