I would hide that last minimap button, you already have a FuBar plugin showing the same information. Also Prat can move your chat edit box on top of the frame, allowing for more space underneath it, and hide the chat scroll buttons.
Do you REALLY need to have your professions both keybound and on your screen? :P I know the bar only shows on mouseover, but it is still dead space.
