Does it increse the critical strike damage by 3% (i.e. from 200% to 206%), or just the critical strike bonus damage (i.e. 100%+100% to 100%+(103%))?
Name suggests the former, the datamined spell desciption suggests the latter.

Would appreciate a reply from someone who has the gem.
If someone tested it on spells on the PTR, even better!
