Jehuty, I do plan to add Spellsurge support to CasterWeaponSwapper. It will work in the same way, only swapping when the swap cooldown would coincide with a spellcast cooldown.

I believe he meant that it had been said that you can swap your spellsurge weapon out after it procs (in favor of a +healing weapon etc), wait 50 seconds, swap spellsurge back in, and it will have cooled down. This is as opposed to it only cooling down while the weapon is equipped. I will add support for this kind of swapping to CWS.
I do not know if anyone tested swapping between two spellsurge weapons to see if they have independent cooldowns. That would be pretty cool, although potentially ridiculous. You could theoretically have multiple spellsurge procs constantly going for your party if you had enough enchanted weapons to swap around!
