Hmm...I wonder if that is intended, cause it certainly doesn't fall in line with the tooltip.
Cause that equation can be rewritten without any parenthesis as
Base Damage + Base Damage * Crit Modifier * Slaying Modifier * Slaying Modifier
which means non crits get nothing from the slaying talents
