As discussed in other threads, there's no way for the combat log (and thus mods) to tell how many of a given target there are if any of them share the same name. As soon as there are 2 of something on the same pull, a mod like this would be inaccurate. Sadly this covers the majority of pulls in the game, so the best you can do is to determine whether or not you are the target of at least one mob.
