As a whole our group is very nervous about summons and portals though and rarely fall for trickery. Back in vanilla we had something of a reputation for summoning people onto the edge of cliff-faces and in TBC the end-raid portal is far more likely to be Silvermoon than anywhere else. (Well, give it a few seconds and it'll be silvermoon overlapping shattrah for the brave.) The summon to your doom thing actually even made for a pretty amusing video at one point; it's amazing who will take a random invite + summon from a rival guild.
