Who are you and how did you get into my raid last night?
I've been a part of most of the stuff people have already mentioned. Aim shots on Vael, feeding the Lurker fish, the Golemagg crack, etc. My own worst example of stupidity was getting punchy on late night C'thun attempts and jumping into range of the eye beam. The worst part was I survived, the boss deaggroed, and I was one of about 10 people still alive while everyone else lay in a smoking heap.
As for some other stories, back in MC, our main tank at the time got *smoked* by Sulfuron and started bitching at healers for doing a horrible job. They calmly looked at his body and commented that maybe he should tank with a shield.
For a more recent example, we've been working on Hydross this week. I've been pulling him with invisibility potions and people simply can't wait for me to pop out and actually agro him. Starting off the fight in the nature phase is not fun. Eventually I just stopped announcing when I was going to bloodrage and just let them react to seeing Hydross start swinging at me.
