Estimates for Treant/Force of Nature damage included
---Mana AND cast time penalties for FoN & BRez included
Automatic detection of meta gems & almost all set bonuses
Improved estimation of Moonfire damage for custom cast cycles
---Cast cycles which overwrite any of the DOT portion should no longer give insane DPS
Corrected an error that was underestimating Moonfire damage with the 2-pc. T6 bonus

Fixed formatting under OO.o for Boot & Chest slots
