Posted Version 27. I rushed this to fix the Master Marksman bug, since it was making a significant difference in MM build DPS estimations. Other requested changes will be added shortly.
Change Log:
- Fixed a Bug in calculating effects of Master Marksman for on-proc +AP.
- Corrected some item stats (Shoulderpads of the Stranger)
- Added mana regen to Black Grasp of the Destroyer
