I'm not certain why you would need to see mana bars. Even if the idea is to call out for innervates/manatide whatever, its always best to let the person who is running OOM call out for it. A low mana bar doesn't always = going OOM because you dont know what their cooldowns are looking like. They could be at 10% mana, but only 10 seconds away from popping a supermana pot, shadowfiend, etc....

I don't disagree - casters should be managing their own mana, arranging their own innervates, etc.
It's mostly just a degree of accuracy thing - I would like to have a more accurate measurement of individual mana remaining visible than just the bar.
