I remember on our first C'thun; running into his room with the whole raid clumbed up on top of eachother. A very unpleasant suprise awaited us there.
Or when the Boglord Collosus' in SSC became herbable. People would basicly run into the Spore Quake when the boglord was low to be in range to herb the moment it would die. Resulting in deaths all over the place. An unlooted one would cause some to stand there 10/20 minutes before it would despawn. A mage herbing 2 Black lotus from it only made things worse...
