The worst thing I ever did was hitting my hotkey for pet attack on accident while having Domo targeted, just as we had gotten the whole raid ressed after wiping way back in MC. Needless to say, I felt like crap but I was too broke to pay everyones repair bills. I took special care not to have anything targeted after coming up from feign death again.
