From my own experience and from what I've seen from most people in this thread, you can actually do just fine in terms of raiding if you have
Good leadership. My suggestion is to appeal to the masses and find a happy medium. It usually comes down to the number of days that your guild raids. Personally I would say push for 4 raiding days and get an extra 3-4 people to make up for the loss of the type A's that you have. This in turn will satisfy the players that want to spend more time on bosses and still allow the others to be there and feel like they contributed without going over their limit. You pretty much have to keep juggling this balance and it's never a one time fix. I hope this helps
