Royal Nightseye and Dazzling Talasite are attractive because of the "rounding error" that gives you 2mp5. However, when you get into epic gems, rounding is no longer an issue.
Blessing of Kings, Imp Death, and the human racial are multiplicative, and combine for a 27.05% bonus to Spirit. Don't forget to count that human racial when comparing gear.
While 2.3 brings enough damage on our healing gear for Leo, its probably still a good idea to swap out some gear to get 3% +hit.
I find that an addon that displays an FSR countdown bar and tracks my FSR time in a fight to be invaluable.
