Before I stopped playing, I ran a test on my lock (Demosac specced, with full tailored gear + preraid stuff) in skettis. Killing/herbing trees, and killing elementals, I ended up with 100+ stacks of assorted herbs, 8 stacks of life, 7 stacks of water and 34 greens that were DE'd.
Not a bad day (1.6k, primals for all of barrs resist gear that I never got nethers for, enough potions to last for a few months of raids), but something that will redefine boredom.
I watched a collection of News Radio DVD's while doing it!
On Barr, I would just fly in circles around Nagrand for hours on end; made a ton on ore, and have enough gems left to gem up full tanking and healing sets until next expansion (assuming I log back in :p). I do, though, have a character used solely for jc'ing/de'ing and one used for only alchemy and cloth transmutes, giving me a tiny bit of an edge (The two tradeskill rule, made for people like me, never actually affects people like me :p)
