Tailoring+enchanting is pretty bad for money really but there are a few things...
Imbued netherweave bags are kinda nice to make.
72 cloth(10g)+ 8 arcane dust (10g?)+ 1 greater planar (2g) + the 2 spider silk (5g)
Sell for 45-ish, but of course you end up with all those mats for free just from doing almost anything in this game, and then farm the silk after skettis dailies.
If you're trying to manufacture enchanting mats, some good things to disenchant are
arcane dust = netherweave pants
greater planar essence = netherweave pants
shards = no good one really, all pretty expensive, but i've done arcanoweave boots in a pinch and saved maybe 2g
void crystals = soulcloth gloves are great when people put soul essences up for like 30 silver each (yes this actually happens all the time)
