No one said anything about crafting epics. I usually buy all mats in bulk (/2 wtb [primal xxx]x20 paying 300g works wonders) and craft all the good boe epics on the market like
[Vengeance Wrap],
[Steelgrip Gauntlets],
[Gyro-Balanced Khorium Destroyer],
[Thick Netherscale Breastplate],
[Shadowprowler's Chestguard],
[Cloak of Darkness] that bring me 300-600g profit / craft. For nethers i pay between 50 and 75g each. Then start spamming the trade channel / putting them up the ah only during the night from ~12 am to 8 am, the rest of the time I noticed they don`t really sell. Epic leg armor sells pretty well also (70-100% profit usually).
I made ~30-40k gold so far from doing this. Ofcourse I also check all blue items over lvl 60 either for sharding (hello lvl 65+ blues for 5-10g each), primals, darkmoon cards (if you have 1-3 blessing / lunacy decks for sale when the faire comes to town you can get 500-1k g profit on each one).
There are many other things to buy / sell / craft but i`m not gonna post all my secrets on a public forum
