I didnt list crafting items, as on Alleria, getting heroic groups was such a pain, that you could rarely meet demand. I spent most of my time needing 6-10 nethers to fill demand, at one point, I was at -19 nethers (nr resist set and frr resist set for guild, 3 felsteel reapers, 2 khorium champions, and the rest of what I needed for my own 2hander).
I suppose if you were in a situation where your tanks could mitigate burnout like your CC and healer, you could turn a healthy profit with the right items, but even without a huge supply of nethers, I only saw them above 100g in extreme cases (namely, 2h weapons, because I was the market and my supply didnt exist, so you paid a lot or you didnt get them), down to 50-75 for some spellthreads (at one point, if you sold 10 lifes on the AH and bought a golden, you would have spent 13.5g for the thread. This did come after one huge crash in the cost of life though, when the market had shot itself back up from 4.5g to 14g in a 2day period, which was completely baffling, as it didnt show the signs of being a buyout/relist situation)
