I am somewhat lucky in that enhancement shaman have turned out to possibly be the best mob grinding class in the game (Even moreso in 2.3)
I have decided that farming blood elves outside of BT is my best spot. The area can easily support 3-4 people and there are roughly a dozen nightmare vine nodes as well.
The best advice I can give though is to try a little bit of everything so you can do whatever fits your mood. If you only know how to farm mobs and are not in the mood for that, you will do nothing. So learn the AH and do that instead etc.
Also search for items used to grind tradeskills. People often make like 8 heavy clefthoof X or 8 imbued netherweave X and just put them on AH for like 15-18g. These items all de into large prismatics which, on my server, have been going for 25g for 3 months (and even more once season 3 starts)
