I personally don't have much time to farm, and the dailies are worse than grinding after a while. What I have done is created some trade mules to make me money since I have a couple of 60+ alts laying around.
Primal Mooncloth and Shadowcloth Transmute: The first one pays for your mats, the second is pure profit.
Earth to Water transmute: Ten gold or more per day.
Meta Gems: If you have somebody high enough to do earthstorm diamonds these are very profitable if you know somebody with the Consortium rep to make Relentless Earthstorm Diamond.
I log in each character once a day, do the transmutes and mail everything off to a trademule to wait for opportune times to sell. The weekends seem to be the best time to buy and worst time to sell.
