I've done this as well before learning about solo Mana-Tombs chest runs. I assume you do Hurley Blackbreath and Phalanx in there, and I'm not sure if you do Flamelash, Panzor (if he's up) or the 7 dwarves event but they are all doable.
To save running time, I ninja-invite someone, make a raid, and zone in and out of MC to reset. I think the order you list is probably more efficient than mine though, since I cap out earlier than 5/hour sometimes.
