Mmm, but I'm not arguing for the watchability of pure crit strings, but rather the more graphically obvious aspects of any type of play. Purge and Earthshock, as animations, simply aren't as visually impressive as Chain Lightning or Mass Dispel, and that's what makes the difference in comprehension from a viewer's angle.

Learning from videos is hard if all you get is a small SCT scroll that says "Arcane Power purged," which could be super important, or "BoS on Hunter Pet,"; these things are most likely to go unnoticed unless you have a huge mod calling it out (Kollectiv's spell notifications for example), or edit in later an explanation of what's going on. On the other hand, you can see quite clearly when a druid goes in to feral charge, cyclones (with it's huge new graphic), and thereby locks down the opposing healer. THAT is the real difference in a video that most people will be able to appreciate and enjoy watching.

The closest you're likely to get to this sort of action with a 2v2 shaman or paladin viewpoint is popping bloodlust or drinking, which both have excellent visual cues. Large cast bars and obvious graphics are ultimately what makes a video understandable over poor quality streams, and where popularity is most likely to come from.

I'm not saying that I wouldn't like to see a high rated 2v2 healer viewpoint, but I suspect it would ultimately be pretty difficult to follow anyways, and consequently wouldn't garner massive acclaim. I don't know if fame, not instruction is the chief motive for video makers, but if so, then the graphical difficulty of understanding healer movies is, in my opinion, the reason so few healer videos exist.
