About the racial +expertise thingie. I'm not gonna ask or go about how you calculate it. That is not the point in my post. It seems that the bonus can be applied when the weapon in equipped in the offhand.
ie. I was using pre patch
[The Decapitator] in MainHand,
[Talon of Azshara] as offhand and that was the best place for those to be in. With 2.3, in my case the +5 expertise is applied when
[The Decapitator] is put as off-hand. Thus it is better to have them swap places. I believe the spreadsheet doesn't pick that up.
