Yeah I've heard about bugged clouds. Not sure on spawn rates though.
S3 today was awesome, I wish I'd prepared more for it. I had about 2 stacks of LPS, but ended up using half of them for myself (didn't think of that). The others sold instantly at 175% their usual value. I wish I'd taken the time to stock up on 12 stam, or 4 str / 4 crit, or 9 heal / 2 mp5 gems last week, in addition to more shards and primals. Could have easily doubled almost any investment I think, stuff was selling as fast as I could put it up (ie list 1st, sells, list 2nd, sells, etc).
At the very least though, I had my own enchants and gems all prepared and sorted, so I didn't have to pay exhorbitant prices on any of it.
