1. Get a second account (make sure to refer-a-friend to yourself for a free month of wow.)
2. Create your alt on the second account
3. Level to ~10 normally in the starting area
4. Use your main to drag the alt through instances, as a mage you can clear deadmines/WC so fast you'll hit the instances/hour cap
5. I spent about 20m searching but can't find a post, but someone had a SS of dinging level 40 with less than a day of playtime using this strategy.
