Possibly an alternative to the boring regular quests...
Run a few Daily BG quests - not as 'fast', but you'll accumulate marks + honour which'll help provide gear and get you ready for gladiator stuff at level 70. At level 39, the quest reward was around 4k. Not all that much, but it helps and is a lot more entertaining than killing another dozen murlocs.
