When I was leveling up my shaman, I realized there were a good amount of quest items that weren't soulbound. So using some filters on wowhead I tried to find as many non-soulbound quest items I could. These are are all the quests I could find which can be completed solely by just buying/farming the items on another character. I just realized it's actually incomplete since it doesn't have the shredder manual quest but it was the best I could do with the filters on wowhead. The (A/B/H) next to the quest name designates whether it's available to only alliance, only horde or both. It's also worth mentioning a few of the quests may have prereqs which I didn't mention; so you may want to check that.
