The problem is not really that the default is now 70. As I posted above, the problem is that the 'Custom Target Level' value is always used in the hit% calculations, even if you have selected a non-custom target, for example Morogrim Tidewalker. This is a bug, right? I guess it should ignore all Custom Target values when you have selected a specific boss.
Could any other calculations be using the custom target data rather than the selected target data as well?
