Try adding the -armor debuffs to the target. For my gear with 5x Sunder Armor, Faerie Fire and Curse of Recklessness I see a 10 DPS gain in the spreadsheet switching my
[Tsunami Talisman] to a
[Madness of the Betrayer].
There is a section of the 'Calculations' tab for all modeled items. Please look through the model and see if you can find fault with it.
