From what I've heard, BWL is quite profitable though. Bosses there drop ~100g each, but the thought of even looking at the suppression room again means they could drop 10,000g each and I still wouldn't go in there.

Seed of Corruption changes the dynamic of the Suppression room/Nefarian early stage for the better. You should try it with a couple locks. Everyone having 10KHP helps more than you'd think as well.
