Yes, I can sell Supreme Power for 39g at a slow rate (2-3 a day). The Mountain Silversage is hard to come by and usually around 2g but the Dreamfoil is around 50s each and the Black Lotuses are incredibly inexpensive; stacks of 20 for 50g. So very profitable (especially with Elixir Mastery) but they move slowly.
