One thing I've found handy for 60-70. Get Hellfire honored in the low 60's, bring in the alt and 4 man a boss in H Ramparts for a nether, boom, epic goggles for the outland grind.

It's possible to enter normal Sethekk Halls, Steamvault or Shattered Halls as early as level 55. The bosses there don't drop a guaranteed Nether, but you can luck out and get your purple helm that much faster.
