One thing I've found handy for 60-70. Get Hellfire honored in the low 60's, bring in the alt and 4 man a boss in H Ramparts for a nether, boom, epic goggles for the outland grind.

Primal Nether and Nether Vortexes are currently not BOP on the PTR. If this stays then you can get your epic goggles at 50 without having to step foot in an instance.
