Well, normally my trinket setup is both Battlemaster's and Martyr. If you had to choose between Battlemaster's and Martyr for some reason (maybe you have a Memento, or feel like you want to wear a regen trinket) then the decision would probably be based on whether the mini healthstone effect on Battlemaster's would be useful or not.
